I remembered seeing a card on SCS using two banners - a hanging one and a horizontal one - and the Apothecary Art set which is ideal for horizontal banners across the middle of the image - perfect for the sentiment. I'm sorry - I don't remember whose card it is that gave me the idea.
I coloured the flowers with coloured pencils and had a scrap of dp that co-ordinated really well and just needed the "V" cut in the bottom. I heat embossed the sentiment with a slightly sparkly ep just to make it stand out from the image more. I mounted it all on an embossed layer that also co-ordinated really well - I love it when stuff from different companies comes together so well! It doesn't show up on the photo, but I added Stickles to the centres of the flowers. |
