Polka Dot Love

Went for the "artsy" scrapbooking style, with paint, mists.
I painted gesso over the stencil, stamped a background from Impression Obsession, sprayed stencil again with glimmer mist, painted a bit of acrylic 3rd time. I drew circles with paint. More stamping and misting. Then I layered the distressed pieces, added die cuts, ribbons, tape and buttons.

The artsy scrapbooking style seems like a lot of work! But the page came out beautifully, so it was worth it.
