This is my card for the TeaPot Party this week - kind of late, but that has been my story lately. We are sending cards to Rebekah, daughter of Mary, #1Volunteer. In addition to not being on time, my card has no similarity to the tea pot - but I do have a cat and balloons!
If you can identify this stamp, please let me know. My record keeping is about as bad as my memory, so there you go! The bg is the You CB folder. The banner like strip is sheer ribbon with satin borders.

Hi Dorothy! No worries about being late girlfriend! What a precious little card. I am loving seeing all these fuzzy butts in the gallery this week...What a happy little fellah to help Rebekah celebrate her birthday!
