Here is my card for today's TPT challenge. It is going to Rebekah who recently turned 12. She is such a sweetheart that she spent her 12th birthday with her Mom, who was in the hospital. We are sending her birthday cards to help her belatedly celebrate. Wishing her and her Mom the best! :)

Hi Gabby! Ooh, Ooh...I love seeing you at the teaparty! And you always bring the perfect card...I love this fun little image....against the black, it just pops....That little fuzzy butt looks like he is party hopping via balloons.....a little cat nap in between and all is good.....ready to whoop it up at the next one! Tee hee! Wait till he wakes up! Party's on!!!
