When I first saw the SSSC156 (back when I had my cast & couldn't get to my craft room), it reminded me of a castle wall with banners. I made this for a 6YO birthday girl. I had started it yesterday, but was having a tough time deciding what to use for the banners. Today's Free for All was a perfect fit, I made them from vellum!! I like how the Weathered BG still shows through!! Thanks for the inspiration!!
I cut the image panel with my Cricut & the Destinations cartridge. I used the bg for New York, cut @ 5" dial size for the width and then I cut off the unstamped bottom. I cut a mat @ 5 1/4" dial size.

Don't you just love it when a plan comes together! Great idea to use vellum for the banners. I must be a 6 year old girl at heart because I absolutely love the pink and the castle...maybe I am just an old princess! LOL

The closer I look, the more I see that I like. Those are fun fish tail banners in the bg. And they're vellum! Clever feature panel, and love the pink flags. Great card for a li'l girl.
