Spellbinder Nestabilities were used to cut and emboss the horizontal panels.
The Tim Holtz clear ruler which has a guide for piercing holes and Bazzill piercer was used to evenly space the The Paper Studio brads.
The flourish design is from Cheery Lynn and it is a portion of the die cut. I popped up the leaves on the grey and striped panel by gluing equal layers of cardstock and paper that the remaining flourish rest on and used AleeneÂ’s tacky glue to attach to the leave and card. This simple and quick technique creates nice dimension.
The cap was colored, then cut out and popped up with foam tape.

Fabulous graduation card, Roxie!! Great colours and great layout! I have grad card coming soon - DS, Dnephew and DS's girlfriend all just graduated from university. As usual I am not behind the eight ball right on time!;)
