I wanted to make a Mother's Day card for my three-year-old grandson to give my daughter, but I wanted it to be a full-sized card that looked like something a child would make for his mommy.
Since flowers are so prevalent on Mother's Day, I went with three paper rosettes--one for each of my grandson's years. I really didn't have any solid card stock that coordinated well with the colors in the DP pack from Mike's, so I went with all dots.
I tried adding leaves to the stems and grass along the bottom but ultimately decided it looked better just like this. The inside sentiment was printed with downloadable computer fonts that look like a child's writing.
My daughter loved it! :-)
