Congrats to Tracy, the Featured Stamper this week on Splitcoast (FS275)! What a wonderful gallery she has and after much browsing, I chose her Happy Birdie Blue to case. I kept a similar layout but changed the colors, images die cut shapes. I needed a graduation card for one of my DH's nephews and these new Our Daily Bread designs images are perfect for the new graduate.
I die cut a square panel and with the die still in place, I sponged some of the neptune ink in the center and the pear tart ink toward the edges. After sponging, I stamped the sentiment. I like to do the sponging first so the stamped sentiment will stay clear and sharp. The frame was stamped on the larger square and colored a little with markers and sponged as well. The banners and tassels were die cut added below the sentiment. The finished card is 4.50 x 6.25 (A6).
Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff Thanks so much for looking!

What a great quote! You have made such an eye-catching card!!! Those colors are amazing together, especially with the black trim and the black background for the photo. Everything just pops!!! Your sponging is so soft and lovely!!! Fantastic card and great case!!!!
