For today's Inspiration Challenge. I had a hard time picking an inspiration piece. This challenge is always such an adventure! I finally decided to go with this item: https://www.hardtofind.com.au/produc...ill-Water.html
I chose it because I spent the longest time on it trying to figure out why the cushion was called 'Whale Tails.' Since it grabbed my attention the most---out of curiosity---I thought I'd try it as inspiration.
The patterned paper looks like waving whale tails to me, so I made a fanciful Bon Voyage/Farewell card. The whales tails are waving bye, the acrylic rain dots are splashes, and the chipboard is a glittered porthole.
I fancy cut around the tails, the 'bon voyage' is stamped off once each time before stamping, and the porthole is inked with white craft and glittered on the front.
Thanks for looking!

Ha! After reading your description, I had to examine your inspiration piece and figured out that the blue of the pillow is whale tales! You did an awesome interpretation of the piece! I have that same DP you used and I just thought it was plant leaves, now I can tell it is whale tails!! Great job with this, I love it!! Thanks for joining the IC this weekend!
