For my card, I sponged the following dye inks onto a piece of X-Press It cardstock: Seashells Conch Shell, Adirondack Sunshine Yellow, Adirondack Sunset Orange, Distress Ink Wild Honey, Adirondack Rust, and Vivid Taupe. I then used a Copic marker to draw in the streaks in the sky. The mountains were created by simply tearing a post-it note and sponging Vivid Taupe dye ink. Then, I stamped the image Repeat Impressions image "Hot Air Balloon" with Marvy black dye ink. I made it appear as a silhouette by coloring the image completely in with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker. I stamped the Repeat Impressions sentiment "Dreams Take Flight" with Versafine Onyx Black ink.
I framed the scene with black cardstock and patterned paper from Basic Grey. A sheer black bow puts the finishing touches on this card.
I used Distress Ink Wild Honey, and did a little distressing with Vivid Taupe dye around the edges of my scene, and patterned paper, thus fitting the challenge WT373. It also fits this month's theme of Let the Sun Shine In, CT0412 because of the colors in the sky.
