This was super quick, scraps were used for the two blue strips which is double sided paper so it coordinated perfectly! A strip of sticky ribbon was placed down the center to hide the seam.
The chicks and grass are colored with Copic markers: Y13,15,17, YR04, YG05,06, G82, E21,31 (worm)
The clouds were created with a sponge and my hand cut template. If youÂ’d like to cut your own template hereÂ’s a direct link to my blog post with the pattern.
The sun was is a 1” punched circle that I covered with sticky tape on the backside to stick the sun rays to. The rays are just narrow strips cut to random lengths and once they were placed Aleene’s tacky glue was used to attach it to the card.
The same Martha Stewart punch was used for the card front and insert and the insert is cut to cover the ink that bled through to the other side from the markers.
