I think black and white together are very chic, don't you? (Reminds me of Audrey Hepburn in My Fair Lady and an outfit Julia Roberts wore to the races in Pretty Woman! LOL) Paper pieced the dress. Boot drawn on back of DP and cut out. Sign computer generated, cut out and edges inked. Bag is a circle punch from DP cut to shape of bag. Handle is flower petal from a $ Store stamp. It was just the right shape.
