Okay. Queen of repurposing and salvage: I used the xyron to adhere some wrinkled tissue to scrap cs for the background. Guess where I got the tissue. It wrapped some merchandise from a lingerie shop! Dad would have been mortified...
I figure this card meets the de-stress distressing challenge. I sponged and beat up all the edges. I used distress inks. My image is a boat in very calm waters. It honors my dad, who was a solid, calm soul-- so long as he didn't have to deal with lingerie shops!

LOL Okay you got me with the lingerie humor! But it really is a cool look with the tissue paper!!! It almost looks like Mica! Love the calmness of your water and how it honors your father! Wonderful card!

LOL at the caveat on when your dad was not a solid, calm soul. The wrinkled tissue is a cool take on the distress challenge, and I love the serene image panel.
