How lucky for me that today's challenge was to do some distressing! My MIL loves vintage and I needed to get going on a Mother's Day card for her.
I can't tell you why this card took all day! But I finally finished : ) Lots of torn edges and chalk and distress ink, a little ribbon and a lovely Prima flower. I am so happy to have this card done so I can pop it in the mail tomorrow! Thank you for stopping to have a look!

Your MIL will love this! The rose colored dp takes very well to distressing (your edges look golden or is that the lighting? anyway it looks very cool) and the smaller blue panel really shows off your sentiment. Love the torn edges and your biggie flower!

What a beautiful flower. I really like the way the light aqua panel and the green leaves add a pop of colour against all the shades of pink. Your MIL will love this.
