This challenge is right up my alley!! I love to distress and I didn't hold back today. The photo stamp I'm using has always reminded me of my WV Grandma..she came from a large family so I thought this looked liked Grandma and some of her sisters ...she had 6 and 6 brothers, some of whom died in infancy. I pretty much distressed everything on this card. I used an old book page for background, framed the image with gaffer tape and magic mesh. The flower is made out of ledger paper and I added tiny tags of kraft paper with various embellishments.

You did a really wonderful job! This is a shabby chic beauty!
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. ~Leo Buscaglia

Oh my Gosh! That is a STAMP?!!! Wow! This is so cool!!! You REALLY are fantastic at vintage and distressing! My eyes just keep traveling around the whole card because there are so many wonderful things to see! I think using the book page as a background is genius too! Love it all!!!
