Well I cut my Cottage Cutz Flower Shop pieces out of card stock in bright vivid colors. What I did to make them pastel was to spray paint them with white paint. YES, you read correctly. I sprayed painted them with a .99 can of white paint you can pick up at your local Walmart. How did the little pieces not go flying everywhere-well that was easy. I made a loop with scotch tape and put my little pieces right on it and stuck them on a piece of scrap card board. They stuck just fine and the pieces came off the tape perfectly.
If you try this remember not to over spray-you want a little color to show through. The Cottage Cutz Magnolia Doily Die is located under the shabby chic flowers I made with some punches. The leaves on the flowers were sprayed white-but the flowers were white to begin with. I just used some picket fence crackle paint on them and sprinkled glitter.
Sooooo, what do you think.? Do you think you would give it a try? It sure was fun. I know I am going to be doing it again. Thank you so much for stopping by. We thank you for your time!!!

Wow Carol, this has soo much detail, I have to ask...how long does it take you to do one card? I have had no time for making cards lately maybe I will get more time after school gets out...we shall see.
