Linda's is such a lovely card, but mine didn't come out quite like it looked in my head. I mostly chose this card because I liked the layout but mine fell short. I think the pompom fringe took away from the aesthetics of the Thirds Rule. The pompoms sorta cut the card in half instead of thirds...at least that's what I think happened.
I changed the colors and flipped the layout to the other side. I've had this sentiment stamp for forever and thought the lamp would make a cute punny kind of card...maybe?
Well, one good thing though---I like the way my lamp turned out. I used a 7 Gypsies chain that I cut down for my lamp and sequins for the base. I like the green and yellow together too.
Thanks for looking.

Ahhh I love the lamp - the sequins, the chain, the bling - so cool! And the sentiment is wonderful! And it's all tied together perfectly with the button and twine! Thanks so much for casing one of my cards!

The pom poms are FUN!!! And you get a nice repeat of circles in your sequins, button, the green DP and even tiny gems on the lampshade! So NO worries!!! Super CUTE card!!!
