Saturday mornings are normally spent having coffee on the patio with Giggles via phone, and today we also peeked at blogs together, and I saw this link on Peggy's Blog, the Nutty Cardmaker. Oh my goodness, what sweet imges are in this place: A Day for Daises. I had a blast shopping here, and it was perfect to case Holly, our Queen for the day! I have been a fan of Holly's since I first began stamping, and today chose Toy's Sweet Thanks card, mostly for the wonderful design. Holly you are an inspiration at SCS, and I love taking a stroll thru your work! Thanks for all you share!
This is a Mother's Day card for my DIL, JamiePTS, who is now expecting her second child in December!!! We are thrilled that Jonathan will have someone to play with. Jonny will make a wonderful big brother.
We are hoping that the next lil blessing is a girl (her name will be Audrey! Isn't that delish?) But, I played it safe using shades of blue and green. The two panels are stitched, and I made some swirly looking blooms with some scraps and a quilling tool.
Have a great week Holly! Thanks for looking!

Jamie will be tickled to get this sweet card - hinting at a girl, but playing it safe - the blue plaid with the lace and rolled flowers is a perfect bouquet for her, celebrating another Mother's Day, with little Jon making every one of her days an adventure!! I know how appreciative she will be of this card and knowing all the love you tucked in! Hugs to you, Gramma!!

Wow - this is sweet! I love the image (cool store - thanks for the link) and I really like Peggy's blog (joined of course). Jamie will love this - sweet embellishments you made, lace, great image, and all that love you put into your cards. I am hoping it is a girl too because then you can buy all kinds of darling things and she can learn to make cards and we can look at them in our rocking chairs on your porch. Hugz and LYMI - same to Jamie!!!
