Copic markers were used to color in the image: B0000,000,00, C00,0,1,2, y23,35,38,0, YR00,02,04,23M Black
Be Cool was computer generated.
The sun is the cut with the Cuttlebug Asterisk die for the rays and the yellow rays were the small image cut apart a glued to the 1” circle using Glitter Adhesive because of the plastic finish on the glitter cardstock. It’s glued to the card with Aleene’s tacky glue.
The bottom edge of the image panel was cut with the Perfect Square from Perfect Paper Crafting and a craft knife to form the out of the box image and the puddles and image panel with borders are popped up with foam tape.
The envelope was scored with the Martha Stewart scor board and metal ball stylus to match the pattern of the cardstock.

There are days here in Illinois during the hot and humid Summer (which I do love), but there are times I want to sit on a giant ice chunk! Rox, what an adorable card - made me laugh out loud!
