Cindy's challenge over on the CCEE Stampers blog this week was to use flowers, scallops and buttons.
I made a side spring card using the tutorial from Resources. That little diamond spring panel is a perfect size for the Flourishes Calendar Year flowers which I love.
My base is green Bazzill - after folding I added score lines on the front. The diamond panel is stamped with Vintage Vogue in Versafine Olympia Green.
Daffodils stamped with black on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks, edges distressed and corners pierced.
Paper is BG Piccadilly punched with the SU lacy scallop punch, and I added buttons tied with gold cord.
If you'd like to play along with the challenge, use the keyword in your gallery here or link on the blog .

Sabrina, your side card is so fun and gorgeous. It is very cheerful with the bright colors...sorry you're having so much rain. It can sure get dreary after a while.

Your card is bright and pretty, Sabrina. I love that BG paper - I have to order another, as I've almost used it all already! Your image is lovely and colored wonderfully. Lovely and elegant card!
