I made this card today for the Ways To Use It challenge that I am hostessing. The theme for today's challenge is to make a monochromatic card. This card also works for Kelly's Stamp 2 Spend challenge to make a card with an ocean or beach theme. I saw this card sketch originally on a Kristina Werner card and fell in love with it.
If you have been seeing my cards for any length of time, you know I regularly make cards for my daycare provider. This year my daughter only goes to this daycare on early release days for play dates with her old daycare buddies. I was deeply saddened to learn that I need to make a sympathy card for my daycare provider as she recently lost her mother. I hope this brings her a bit of peace.
Thanks for looking!

OK I love that sentiment bc it is soooo true at least for me. I can feel like the bottom of the pits and just think about some of my trips at the beach and cheer up.
