I love this new Verve Scripture, (gift from IrishgreenSue, thanks Greenie!) and knew it would touch the heartstrings of Sue (Coffestamper), whose son Christopher is recovering from brain surgery at Albany Medical Center. To thank the staff at AMC for their care of Chris, Sue is taking cards for the other children in the hospital. HERE are some of the cards Sue will be taking next month, and those are being donated in my name! How sweet is that! Here's why...I am not so hot at cute kid cards, so Sue & I worked out a swap- she'd make five cards for kids to donate to AMC, and I send her one card with Mini Blooms so she can see how to make them, IRL. (Shh...I think I skated on this trade!) Lol!

I added stitching to the framing, and snuck in some Cheery Lynn Vines.

What a great thing - so I think you should send all of us some blooms so we can practice. Yes, I know you sent me some already, but I used those and don't have them as a reference any more. LOL! This is stunning and beautiful and all the other really cool adjectives. I can't wait to see Sue make some flowers - I rarely see her use them on cards and it would be such a treat! I think her hospital cause is very worthy - I need to make some more and send them to her soon.

After seeing all these beautiful cards you have made lately - all full of magnificent details - I am sure you are tired! I hope you are resting up and recovering! Many hugz to you my sweet friend.

what a sweet idea you both are doing. will definitely cheer them sweeties up and this verse is soooo super. I think I am going to share it with Jordie , would be so great for a young man graduating and trying to keep on the right path...:0). and the way they set it up is sooo pretty. With your super magic on it, it is just so precious. I just LVOE yoru made flowers, and neat idea to shade them too. So soft and pretty...great trading idea...TFS..LYMI..HUGS
