This is for FS272 and Karen Haman aka kthaman is our featured artist today. Congratulations, Karen! Karen and I joined the SCS community within a couple of months of each other back in 2004 and have enjoyed her creations for all these years. I had a great time browsing through her gallery this morning and was inspired by her Thank You card with the darling wreath found here: Thank You Wreath kth by kthaman at Splitcoaststampers
I kept Karen's wreath theme and layout, changed the color combination to regal rose from her autiumn rose and left off the sentiment. I made
I made a wreath using rock fern and mini daisy punches, the Ivy Tendril die and mini 1/4" and 1/8" flowers. I wanted to create a wreath with a soft garden flower feel. I used a strip of cardstock to create the ribbon streamers coming off the right side of the wreath. I wanted them to perfectly match the flowers and card base. If you would like to see a step by step tutorial of how I created this wreath you can it out on my blog here: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...-tutorial.html

The dimension that you achieve in your punch work never ceases to amaze me. I love these colors together and your dotty theme. Thanks for setting the bar so high for the rest of us!
