I think re-inkers was one of the first ways for me to color images, thanks to my wonderful Sis for giving me the idea. SO when Cathy gave us the challenge of re-inkers today, I was very excited!....my card....
I had learned a couple of new things at a the Rubber Stamp Convention last Saturday and today I gave them a try.
One was this image panel where you stamp then eb in white your image. Then the lady used Tombow markers, but today I used re-inkers and a brush and water laying down the colors. After I took a wet brush and flicked water over top to add texture.
The image wasn't popping like I wanted, so I added the black doodle lines here and there.
The second thing I learned, was how to make flowers with coffee filters. Prickly Pear just happened to have stamps and coordinating die cuts to go with. So I added color to the coffee filter, die cut it then stamped over top. Layered them and added a brad. Done.
Added more doodle lines, rounded all the corners and layered the image on black cs before putting this all on a tan card.
Cathy again, thanks for the fun challenge. Hope everyone is having a great day!....TFL :0)

Cathy....LOVE the look of the reinker painted background with the white embossed flowers! The doodling and the layered flower were the perfect finishing touches for your gorgeous card!
