 | | I've got Elton John's Yellow Brick Road running through my head now. Finally getting a chance to catch up with last week's sketch, which I thought looked like a really fun one.
A2 base. Papers are Kaiser Craft Tiny Woods - the woodgrain one has a sort of copper foil pattern in it. The green layer was embossed with Polka Dots before I stitched the base with green thread.
Circles cut with Nestabilities and sponged with Antique Linen. I stamped the little Denami owls with Versafine Black and coloured them with distress inks, then used leaf stamps from a Kittie Kits to stamp all round them. Sentiment is a rub-on, all the circles had the edges sponged with brown and are popped up on different depths of foam. I added two Sizzix foliage die-cuts as well. |
