I had to think a bit to how to use that round circle underneath the strip. I still need more man cards and uplifting ones so decided on the eagle, and the verse with it happened to fit with the strip, so then it went all together. Perfect for this challenge and the one at ODBD...join us...it is to use 3 of the letters of the word spring...which I used
S..for sponging and scissors...
I...for Ink
N... for nestabilities
I used the circle as a sponged cloud under the eagle and sponged the sky behind him with ink and paper towel. added the black layer to add a bit more depth and then thought that a touch in the corners would finish it off nicely . So I just cut off the 4 corners with them fancy scissors...:0) I water colored the eagle with ins and water crayons and the water pen and then cut him out. Almost raised him up but decided not to in case of needing to send it will be flatter.

What a beautiful take on the sketch. Your colors with the sky background and your eagle with the verse are gorgeous!! Thanks for joining the ODBD Shining the Light challenge this week!!
Quite and inspirational card. The sentiment touches my heart.
