 | | I love this image of Marci! Her long blonde hair reminds me of my 3 year old granddaughter :) Marci was colored with copic markers. What kind of looks like dandruff on her hair is actually glitter. I used a quickie glue pen on the sections and added DD. It's very sparkly. Stickles on her fins. Cut her out and raised with foam tape. The flower images are from Flourishes, colored with copics and then added glitter. The flourish die is from MFT. Used perfect layer rulers for the layering, of course!!
