Congrats to Shellie! She has such a wonderful gallery and every Sunday she helps out letting people know they've been mentioned in the Favorites of the Week thread. After spending quite a bit of time in her gallery, I chose her Garden Fresh. I kept the layered circles and most of the layout but used different colors, different images and I used an embossed strip instead of ribbon.
The images are from DRS Designs. The bear is originally a St. Patrick's Day image, but I thought hmmm....the clover on his vest could be clubs. After all, clubs are just clover incognito, right? That's my story, anyway. After coloring him, I cut him out and also the royal flush. The individual suits were stamped and die cut as well as the circle mats behind them. I stamped the first part only of the sentiment as it just seemed to go with that card hand. A royal flush? How much luckier can it be? The rest of the sentiment ( you have the best sister in the whole world) is on the inside of the card. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.
Thanks so much for looking! Enjoy your week, Shellie! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Oh my goodness, what a fabulous CASE of Shellie's card, Julie... I love your teddy bear - you're so clever converting him from a St. Paddy's bear to a card playing bear!!
