WT370 Ruffles

Catching up on some of this weeks challenges. This is for Hannah's to use ruffles. I was at Joann's during my lunch last week and I found these strips of ruffles~love them and I even got to use a coupon! I did the whole card in PTI vintage cream. The embossing folder is from Sizzix. Glue on the strips, button spool with floss. TFL
