What a great technique for today's TLC. Create a BG with punched out shapes. I stuck with simple and used various circle punches. I did put one extra step in there, and added a thin Versamark line to add some shadowing.
I also decided to have a go at one of the Creative Crew April Challenges, to use the soon-to-retire In Colours. I have LOVED these colours and shall be using them a lot until they retire at the end of May!

The Versamark is a good idea - I did wonder about outlining mine slightly but decided it was too much trouble. I like the look on yours - and the fact that you have more than one size of spot.
