 I made this card for the CAS164 challenge. I have never used the spotlighting technique before and had fun with it! The fisherman is a Victorine Original stamp and was perfect for this, (because he looks pretty good with out any color) and a digi fish. The bait is actually a little gem, isn't that better than a worm? lol
Love learning all these new things on here!!!
