This card is for the inspiration challenge. The link will take you to the photo we were to be inspired byÂ…first post! I took the inspiration of the windsock swooping across the scene. I thought of the Eureka stamp with its swooping star burst and the following story: My dad and I spent one evening watching this thing move across the sky at a very slow pace and not just a few minutes but it took hours and this reminded me of that night. IÂ’m guessing now that it was a weather balloon we saw. It still makes me smile to remember spending that time with my dad and how entranced he was on watching this thing.
The background of the card is brayered on and the stars and highlights to the stamped stars are just a touch of glitter glue. I love the way it made a glowing effect. The sentiment is computer generated.
