I love this ODBD set. I chose the verse because it means new life for me. I chose the gold embossing because it represents His royalty. I chose the nestie because it reminds me of a cloud and made me think of Jesus' ascension into Heaven. I chose the red background because of His blood being shed for me. I chose the wood grain embossing folder because of the wooden cross He was placed upon. Lastly, I chose the clear gem stones, one bigger than the other because this is Jesus and me.....I follow His 'light' and because I love Him, His 'light' shines through me.
That's how my card came about this morning.
What do you think?

Sissy, what a beautiful reminder! I love how you have used the wood-grain background- perfection! LYMI

Lesley, your card is a real story of the relationship you have with Jesus and I loved hearing every single, meaningful detail...it's beautiful. That image is powerful and everytime I read those words from Luke, the message blows me away! Thanks for sharing this beautiful Easter card.
