Happy Monday everyone. Her is what I came up with for today's TLC challenge - to use the Faux Patina technique. My back ground panel and one of the Easter Eggs is faux patina.
Embossing folder was inked up with River rock ink - laid a piece of white cardstock in EF - ran through the CB. Next I sponged on Tempting turquoise and then old olive. Next I used Close to Cocoa ink. Lightly rubbed versa mark ink over the raised parts and sprinkled on gold embossing powder and heat embossed. The flowers are from Hero Art stamps - Newspaper Tulips. I stamped over the image with the canvas backgrounder stamp using River Rock Ink.
I made the gold embossed panel behind the tulips - used textured river rock cardstock and sewing verticle lines every 1/2 inch. Ran through the CB with EF. Rubbed versamark ink over top and used gold embossing powder - heat embossed. I made the Easter eggs with different Card Stock. Punched out some grass and the Flower planter. Embossed the Planter and eggs with EF. For the gold diamond square embellishments - I started with clear rhinestones, rubbed versamark ink overtop and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat

That embossing folder is marvelous for this technique! I love how you did the smaller gold panel behind your image and carried the design through to your plant holder...wow! Beautiful card!!!!
