 | | I was asked to make a card for a little girl turning two. She rides her neighbor's horse everyday and loves horses. I didn't own any horse images so I went on line and found a free coloring book page with this great horse image. I thought it would work well for a two year old. I copied, scanned and reduced the image on my computer and then printed it out on white card stock. I had read through this week's tutorial on shading with colored pencils and tried to use what I had learned, but I'm not sure I got the mane and tail right. After the image was colored and cropped, I stamped the party hat (which was the perfect size for this image) onto some DSP and cut it out and placed it on top of the pony. I covered a die cut number 2 with some of the DSP and then computer generated the greeting. |
