Bringing a butterfly to the tea party this week. I had the most amusing evening creating this, winding up with ink not only all over my hands, but on my face also. This early spring means early allergies and sneezing - just try not sneezing when you're playing with ink!

Ack, sorry to hear about the allergies, that is NOT fun. Love the background and the clean design, even if you did get all inky in the wrong places. Something about this reminds me of your swan card that you sent me, but I don't have time before work to find the card and identify what.

I hear ya with the allergies...no fun at all!! Your bg is gorgeous. Is that Lydia's Marbled Smooch technique? Your butterfly really stands out against it. Very pretty card! TFS

If the pretty colors of your ink on this card are on your face, just say it rouge! Okay, that you're an artist. Either way, the simple starkness of this pink and black card is beautiful, Lorraine!! I love the dahlia that the butterfly is perched on, it's not really visible until you see the bigger picture, but this is one happy butterfly in a garden of pinks!
