This card is also a case of this beautiful, wallpapery looking card by PickleTree that I've had in My Favorites for a long time: Refuge & Strength
The technique I used to lift the flower petals off the page is an idea I got from this gorgeous card by Dini: Dimensional Orchids. She shares a tutorial link in her description. It looks hard but is really super easy.
So, thanks for all the inspiration everyone! I haven't been on SCS in such a long time. My oldest son got married and I've been soooo busy. It was nice to sit down and make a card. I've missed it and all of you, too.

Stunning. Such a beautiful interpretation of the inspiration! I love the beautiful coloring of the image and the dimension of the lifted petals! And all of those delicious layers and beautiful patterns topped off with that FABULOUS buckle!!!! LOVE IT!
