Thanks, Jen, for this sunny challenge. I managed this in 45 minutes, in spite of a couple of delays!
I used my snowflake EF - I think the snowflakes can look like stars or sunny rays, if needed!!! Jen, thanks also for the nudge over at WishRAK.
This image is from WishRAK, and I neglected to note the origin.
I used both DP and ribbon from my neglected stash - the DP has been in my scrap folder for a LONG time, and the same is true of this bit of ribbon - I do not use a lot of orange.

lol I never even noticed those were snowflakes in the texture until I read the words claiming it.. ( so had to scroll up and stare at them a while ) :)

Thanks for playing Dorothy. And the first thing I thought when I saw your card was "those snowflakes look like suns in yellow" - way to think out of the box. Darling card overall and I love the dashes of blue.
