This card is a case of one I saw earlier today, but now I can't find it in my favorites or on my Pinterest board to give credit to the original cardmaker. Argh!!!! I hate when that happens!
I needed a quick anniversary card for some old friends who are celebrating their big day on Thursday.
I punched the 1" blocks from DSP using a Spellbinders nestie. Then I punched again using red c/s and attached the paper to the c/s for some additional sturdiness and depth. The sentiment was a stamp I picked up at Michaels in the $1 bin. The flower is from K&Company and was from my stash. The leaves are D.O.T.S. and were cut out and sponged with New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves Memento dye pad. I used a red Spica marker to color in the little heart.
I really like how this came out and am pretty sure I'll be making some more.

What a beautiful card you've made. I really like the "tile" look on your card. Neat dsp you chose and I like the red, black, white combo with the pop of yellow and green on your pretty flower. I'm sure your friends will love this anniversary card you made for them. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
