WT363 Smell the Flowers

I played along in today's Ways to Use it Challenge, and started off by using the current Winter Blues Moxie Fab challenge as my jumping off point. When I had planned the card, I realized I was supposed to use NAVY blues for the Moxie Fab challenge...oh well! I still like how this card turned out :)

Patterned Paper: Blink of an Eye (My Mind's Eye)
