Today's challenge at Our Daily Bread's Shining the Light Challenge is to create a scene. You don't have to use just stamps though! The scene could be in your designer paper! For complete details including prizes, deadlines and linking instructions please visit

I chose to mask one of my stamp sets and pull two separate images (The Mighty Sea & Light of the World) together to create my scene. The lighthouse is actually from the Light of the World set. I stamped TMS set on first and then stamped a second image on plain CS. I cut the second image out and placed over the original. I then inked the lighthouse (Light of the World) and stamped where desired. I also added a sentiment for added interest. The image was colored with Copics and I sponged in Memento inks (sky) for added dimension. The base is black card stock with bits of K & Co papers cut and applied. One panel was also dry embossed! Thanks so much for looking!
