This week we are honoring Lydia aka Understandblue as our Queen for the Day. Of course, she should have the honor of being the one-hundredth queen...if not the first! I love your style, Lydia. I wanted to case this card. HYCCT1117 Paint the town red! by Understandblue at Splitcoaststampers One reason, and maybe an odd one, is because you were saying you had a bushel and a peck and had a good laugh over it. When I used to put my boys to bed I would tell them, Night, Night...hug around the neck...love you a bushel and peck. Guess a lot of people did.
I totally forgot the strips you had at the bottom so I just put my twine and some clouds at the top. Duh!
I've had a bad day after losing my blog last night and have gotten behind in everything...so I'm a bit flustered, to say the least. Got my blog back, though. Whew!
I wanted to get some blue in and did small touches of watercoloring on the house. I think I read once where Lydia said she liked Potter's Clay and I do, too. So, I used that ink.
I know someone moving into a new house soon. I think I could give her this card and she could send it out with her new address. Believe me, her house won't look like this. Right, sis? Ha
Enough from me. Enjoy you time of royalty, Lydia.

Brenda, you picked up some personal favorites of Lydia's on this and made it a perfect fit for your need for a new address card.
