Thanks Judy for the great challenge this week. My DS was very 'distressed' when he realized that I forgot to make a Valentine card for his teacher, so I had a good excuse to make time for the challenge this week! I used cranberry, coral, and saffron ink, and misted with water and pearl ex. It's impossible to photograph the shimmery results, but it's beautiful IRL. I stamped a background in white craft with the music notes wheel, and then stamped with a paint spatter bg stamp in kraft ink before I stamped my main swirl image in cherry cobbler.
The 'apple' is cut using my new SU framelits hearts and the 'seeds' are stickles. The funky chunks of solid space in my punched frame were done on purpose~
