MAR12VSNMINI5 - Punched Tulips

For this challenge, I went back to an old punch trick someone figured out when the SU bird punch first came out. The tulips are made from stacked "wings" that I punched out of some paint chips. The stems were cut from one of the chips, too. This is totally an "under 45 minutes" card!
