I scanned an old photo of my big sister and myself in the days when I was cute ha! I think the card shape is called a Z shape, Just a card base with the front page folded back toward the crease. I used some freebie paper (small checks) from birdcards.com vintage cuttlebug dies and the sister words are a Paper Inspirations stamp and wrote inside :- May your birthday be filld with happy memories to look back on and great things to look forward to Happy Birthday to my Big Sis.

Chris, I am so touched by this photo! (Finally, I know what you look like!) Lol! So adorable. My sissies are so tender to my heart, and to see the photo, along with the sentiment made me teary eyed. I can feel the love between you two. Precious creation Chrissy Cakes. LYTTMAB!

What a special card for your sister. It is beautiful. I know she loved it and will treasure it. Love the dies you used and the pretty pink paper.
I haven't tried a z fold, but I sure l like this one.
