My DGDs went Christmas shopping with Dad and picked out their own gifts this year.
This is for Michele's Plate It Up challenge (SBVC16 to use a Christmas china pattern for our inspiration. I used the Lenox Holiday Gatherings pattern found here: http://www.cookware.com/Lenox-Holida...s-LNX2970.html
Journaling: "Before Christmas this year, Daddy took you out shopping to buy gifts for everyone. He explained to you that the most important thing when you buy a gift is that it comes from the heart and that you buy something you really think each person will love and appreciate. You girls did great. Jaycie bought Grandma an adorable reindeer pin and Mady, who knows Grandma collects nutcrackers, got her a handsome one dressed in blue.
For Pop Pop, Mady bought a special pocketwatch & Jaycie got him a package of golf tees."

How perfect Wendy. It really matches that plate pattern! I like your additins of the nutcracker and the poinsetta with the paper clip. And I love your arrangement of the photos! Congrats on having so many pages done by the 2nd of FEB!

This is so adorable! Great match on the dinnerware and I like the effect of the branches around the edges with the embellishments sitting in them. Great postage stamps too! Great page!
