What gorgeous colors today! I only have markers in these colors at the moment. This past week, Roxie had used an acrylic block technique that I thought had a cool effect. You put inks on the blocks, spray with water and....well, that's all I remembered and heaven forbid I should read the directions!!! Anyway, mine did not come out well so I decided to ink up a few of my solid shape stamps, spray them with water and, masking with an oval, stamp the oval with these 2 colors. Got a lot of ink on the mask and very little where I wanted it! At this point, I decided to forget filling the entire oval with these two shades and just moved the inked block around a bit. This abstract (?) is what I came up with.

Woman! I love it. I've never been a fan of "abstract," but this card is talking to me. LOL.

I think this is really great - I actually prefer it without the sentiment - so cool and abstract! Well done - I'm going upstairs to give it a try!

This is definitely 'a to do'. Or, in my case 'a to try'.
You did a wonderful card.
Everything - colour, layout, placement - wonderful!!

Jane, this is sensational. It's like an Impressionist vignette. The observer can see what he/she chooses to see. Lovely...and very artisitic.

I love your card. Love that abstract technique and both cards are lovely. These colors really lend themselves to a techie-type card.

Thanks for sharing both versions.
