I've had a link to this style of card saved in my to-do list for almost a year, so Holly's challenge yesterday meant it was finally time to move it to the "done" list. A, I think fancy folds always turn out better the second time round, and B I've been struggling with yet another bad cold since last week, so my creativity is at a low ebb. But I need two birthday cards for twin girls, and this will be one of them. I'll work on the other when I finish the present to go with it first!!
For this I used Echo Park Off the Record paper, and scraps of Bazzill. Flower is Sizzix Daisies #2, foliage is Sizzix Vine. Bird is SU punch, HA sentiment was cut using Spellbinders Labels 1; the flourishes are also Spellbinders. Letters are from Basic Grey; I added a punched butterfly and a piece of bling in the centre of the large motif on the right-hand side.

Sabrina, I love this. It's so festive with all the bright colors and different patterned papers. I'll bet it's fun when you open it. Love the "wishes" tucked into it and the blue birdie. Great flower to top it off.

Sabrina,
I sure you you start feeling better - a cold is such a miserable thing - my DH is ailing with a cold too. Your card is so bright and pretty - and looks like a lot of work - but it sure turned out awesome.

Sabrina, another beautiful card! I love the cheery yellow gingham paper, the gorgeous flowe and the sweet little bird. I've simply got to try this technique!
