I've never made a Center Step Card, but after watching the tutorial, decided I could do it. Next time I'll be brave enough to use a double-sided pp which I think would be neat. This is my entry for the current Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge flourishes.org/2012/01/timeless-tuesday-153/ I'm not one for complicated cards, but this really was easy--give it a try if you haven't. I made my bg paper using one of the Fanciful Flourishes stamps inking it w Distress Ink festive berries (love that color!) Then I cut it out w my new Memory Box heart die. It's spritzed w Tsukineko Sparkle Shimmer Spritz, as is the flower. Wish you could see the wonderful effect it creates--another favorite product! The love stamp is from Taglines set & the row of outline hearts is also a MB die. The same ink was sponged on the die cut hearts & was used to stamp the word love. The little hearts at the bottom are clear although they look silver in the photo. The center heart is mounted w foam tape--higher in the middle than the edges. Think this will probably be hubby's Valentine.

Wow! Your hubby should be impressed with this. It is stunning! I've not advanced from plain old "flat" cards. Yours is lovely and I've peeked at your gallery. Really beautiful work there. I'd say you get an A+ on your first attempt at Center Step Cards.
