 | | I was asked to be the guest designer for this week's Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Inspiration Challenge! I'm so excited! :)
I took my color scheme from the inspiration photo. I embossed the cherry panel with a dotted embossing folder to imitate the little pinprick holes in the candle holders in the photo. I rounded the corners of the card as a nod to the round shapes in the photo. (I meant to round all the panels, but forgot until after I'd started assembling the card. Ooops.) For the card layout, I took a few liberties with the current Sweet Stop sketch, stretching it out to a rectangle and rotating it 180°.
